No special tools are required for countertop units. The diverter valve and all fittings are included. For under-counter systems, a basic adjustable spanner and plumber's tape are all you need.
Ionizer units use a standard 240V power supply (AU/NZ). The Nano filtration system is fully non-electric, it operates purely on water pressure with no power required.
A slightly different taste in the first 24–48 hours is normal as the carbon media flushes out. Run the unit for 10–15 minutes on purified (neutral) mode. If the taste persists after 48 hours, contact our support team.
